Danielle- Extended Duties Dental Assistant
Danielle is our Expanded Duties Dental Assistant. She was born across the state line in Cheyenne Wyoming at Warren Airforce Base. She grew up in Wyoming, Montana, and North Dakota (wherever her father’s military career took her family). She has now planted roots in Colorado with her husband Robert and son Robert Douglas who is 3. When not in the office she enjoys family time, raising her son, camping, and many more local Colorado outdoor activities. In 2007 she discovered she had a passion for dentistry and has loved her career ever since! In 2016 she became a wonderful addition to the Crossroads Dental Team. “I am grateful to be a part of a team that strives to make a personal connection with our guests and give the best possible care. To us they are more than just the procedure at hand. The favorite part of my job is making a guest’s trip to the dentist into a positive personable experience. I take great pride that every smile that walks out of our doors is a little brighter.”
Kim – Registered Dental Hygienist
Kim was born and raised in North Dakota and graduated from North Dakota State College of Science with a degree in Dental Hygiene. Shortly after graduation she decided to make the lovely state of Colorado her home. She lives in Frederick, Colorado with her teenage twins, Ryley Ann and Kooper and their bulldog/boxer named Charlee. She brings almost 20 years of dental hygiene experience to the Crossroads Dental team. Her passion for learning and challenging herself fit into the dental world perfectly. She is grateful to be able to practice with Dr. Farmer where we strive to stay on top of the latest technology, materials and education to provide our guests with exceptional care. She strives to make sure our guests always feel 100% comfortable and relaxed during their visits and all of their questions are answered. Creating a caring relationship is just as important to Kim, as the care she provides. In her free time you will find her enjoying the adventures of having twins and their incredibly busy schedules. Her other passions are hiking, running, exploring various cities in the U.S., spending quality time with her friends and family, and most importantly finding ways to laugh daily and live life to the fullest.
Sandy – Office Manager
Sandy was born and raised in Colorado. She grew up on a dairy farm west of Greeley. She worked in the medical field for 15 years prior to moving into the dental industry where she has been for the past 2 years. Sandy works in the front office. She is usually the first friendly face you see entering our practice. She is a font of information, and can help you schedule appointments, understand your dental treatment needs, and walk you through any insurance questions. Sandy’s favorite part of her job is building relationships and providing exceptional customer service. She has two children, Brody who is 10 years old and Bria who is 7. In her free time she enjoys watching her children in their various sporting events.
Rachel- Registered Dental Hygienist
Rachel grew up in in North Dakota and moved to Colorado after graduating from North Dakota State College of Science with a degree in Dental Hygiene. She has been a practicing dental hygienist in Colorado for 10 years. Rachel really enjoys getting to know her guests on a personal level, and always seems to remember what makes each of them feel comfortable and valued. She is very close to her family. Rachel travels back home to North Dakota as often as possible, and is enjoying watching her new nephew grow. In her free time Rachel enjoys going to concerts and plays, reading, sewing and baking.
